Hiram Cervantes D.D.S.
Dr. Cervantes is a University of Arizona graduate, class of 1986. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1991 from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. Upon graduating, he returned home to Tucson and began practicing dentistry. He has also taught at the Pima Community College as a clinical instructor for the Dental Hygiene School.
Dentistry has progressed and continues to improve our oral health. Dr. Cervantes is committed to continuing his knowledge and education of new procedures and changes in dentistry.
He is an active member of the following professional Dental Education Groups:
- Pima Dental Study Club
- Baja Dental Study Club
- Tucson Advance Cosmetic and Restorative Dental Study Club
- Dental ED Study Club
When he is not practicing dentistry, he enjoys cycling in the Tucson mountains, and deep sea fishing.
Jose Osete D.D.S.
Dr. Jose Osete is a native of Nogales Arizona and a graduate of Nogales High School. He attended the University of Arizona and obtained his Bachelors Degree in Biochemistry in 1987. Following Graduation he packed up and moved to Denver Colorado for four years. He attended the University of Colorado School of Dentistry and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1992.
Dr. Osete continued his education by completing a residency in General Practice at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center in Lexington Kentucky. He received his certificate in 1993.
Soon after completing his residency Dr. Osete returned to Tucson and began practicing in a local clinic, and in 1995 he partnered w/ Dr. Hiram Cervantes to open Arizona Sunset Dental. They have been partners ever since.
Dr. Osete keeps up with the ever-changing technology in dentistry by taking over 25 continuing education credits per year locally and throughout the United States.
When not at his practice, Dr. Osete enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and two sons. You can usually find him at a baseball field around town any given day of the week and weekend. He also enjoys running, bicycling, playing guitar and singing. He has been choir director at St Elizabeth Ann Seton Church for the past 18 years.
